water pump
If you are changing your TB and Tensioners why not to change a water pump, it is not that expensive, and it is gonna be pretty easy cause your radiator is going to be off of your car. Get the one with a metal impeller though.
Changing the timing belt + tensioners and not changing your leaking water pump would be a very dumb move
))
It is like upgrading to some new rotors and leaving your brake padswith a 1 mmof an actual pad

You didn't read his question carefully...he is asking if he should replace the timing belt and tensioners while he is replacing the water pump because the water pump is leaking. Not the other way around.
I have the same predicament with the leaky water pump, but I have 60K miles on mine.

its a pain to get to everything, so if you are in there, just do it all!! the complete kit is like $250 at www.purems.com
i did everything @ 75k and mine was perfect, even the water pump, belt, tensioners, teeth on the belt, all in perfect shape, i could have easily gone to 100k
its not a bad DIY job either, just be sure to use some whiteout to mark the cam sprocket and crank

You can wait for a little bit, but as i (we) have already said, it is hard to tell if you need to change anything (TB JOB) unless you look the actual part... Some people's TB, water pump, tensioners failed much earlier then 60k, others drive up to 100K with no problems.
