Default window tinting

i got a quote from a guy who does window tinting on the side.
he said it would be 115 for limo tint around and lighter on the front.
is that a good price?

That's a pretty good price. Check to see if he offers warrantees (for a few years at least), see if he can give you some references to make sure it's quality work, and also make sure he is using quality film like SolarGard or SunTek. These brands won't turn purple, peel or bubble after short amounts of time. If he's legit, that's definitely a good deal.

That's a good sign right there. The fact that he uses SolarGard pretty much let's you know he's legit. As long as he doesn't use low quality material and knows what he's doing, I say go for it.

that is a really decent price, i just had my avant done for $300!

i really recommend the tinting as is really cools the car off in the hot summer months.

Make sure he uses 3M Automotive Window Films:

Make sure he is not using the cheap stuff, that might potentially turn purple! 3M is superior in quality, and comes with a limited lifetime warranty not to peel, bubble, blister, fade, or discolor.

Yeah, and if that is a good tint, $115 sounds cool.

I see you're in Southern Cali. Which shop are you going to have do it? I'm in So Cal too. I got quoted $165.
