windshield washer not working???

if ur tank is full u might want to pop the washer nossles outta the hood. Real simple just need a flat head nossles are located when u open ur hood towards the windshield. And check to see if the holes are clogged. It happened to mine a few times. and u might try to turn on ur headlights and hit the washer fluid. If the ones for the lights dont work either gotta be the pump

When you say you have power at the pump I'm assuming you've used a circuit tester/multimeter to check for a voltage...? If so, make sure you have the ignition turned on as well as operating the stalk when checking the voltage. Speaking from experience, it is so easy to forget such things when chasing a fault.
I just picked up my new 2002 3.0 A4 today and have the same problem. I've not had time to do any diagnosis yet but I'm hoping it's something simple like a fuse or even a motor otherwise it's time to start shooting wires... and I've no tech info on this car yet so it won't be fun...
I would be interested to know where the pump is and how to access it...?

STOP PRESS: I just came across an article on wikianswers concerning this problem. Apparently, the washers are powered by fuse 37 - Intellegent Power Module(20A) and not as I'd previously assumed, by the 30A green Windshield Wipers fuse. When I checked my fuse 37 I found it had ruptured. I replaced it and my windshield washers are now fully serviceable once more...
