does anyone know how much it will cost to replace my windshield on my 04 a4 the whole thing is cracked.

When I replaced mine on my vette, dealer and some places quoted me $1000+



I found a place online, just search it and pick the cheapest one. Only cost me $200 and they came to my home and did it.


It's some big chain all over the country. They will also price match so you can always haggle. Don't get ripped off. It shouldn't be more than $200 installed at your home since the vette's windshield had a HUD and was way bigger than the A4.

 

When I had my windshield replaced on my first 03 A4 I called Safelite Auto Glass. The whole thing cost $240, $180 for windshield and $60 for labor. I knew I was getting a aftermarket but this one had very poor quality. It was curved on the edges and made the road look curved. I would recomend getting a used OEM or high quality windshield and have a auto glass shop put it in for maybe $60.

I got quoted $500 for my '03 A4 from Audi for an OEM windshield installed. They use an outside company to install it. Haven't had it done yet.
