Hey guys im sure this question has been asked before but my wiper blades are starting to break on me so i need a new pair. i've looked and saw that the only wipers you can get that are good for a 2004 a4 is the one from the dealer. please inform me if there are better wipers then the dealership and if you did get them from the dealer please tell me how much you paid and if they are good wipers.

 

id just go to autozone or advance auto and pick up a set of Bosch Icons. they are an all season wiper and work great for me in the rain snow and ice. they are pretty much the same thing you would get at the dealer without paying dealer prices. i dont know an exact price but i know its cheaper.

 

every set of blades ive gotten from the dealer has worn out in probably about 4 months, and i dont live in a rainy area. they just suck! i was under the impression though, that you could only get them from the dealer. thanks for the info!

 

I've tryed autozone already they said none of there stores have wiper blades for my car and i was trying to get those icons but i can't get them from autozone

 

yeah the wiper arms are very "special" on Audi's . none of the after markets around here have the blades either. I heard that Neoforms are trying to make the blades for it but not sure. Im going to try to do an arm conversion when it gets warmer so i can use regular blades. i guess you're stuck with the dealer so far

 

i got mine from autozone there generic "refills" and they did it for me they kinda suck and wear out quick but there only $15

 

Yea, I was under the impression the wiper blades for audis need a special clip. I have yet to find replacements at the autostore. Those blades are $40 at ecstuning but I forget how much they are at dealers. I've had mine on for 30k and they still work decently, i just wipe the blades with a papertowel everytime i fill up with gas.

 

If you spend a lot of time in your car. Spend a little $ and pick up the aero kit. They work and look great.

 

x2 on the aero kit.. i switched to aero wipers when i found out that the replacements for my stockers were like $50.. the aeros are way better and I've gotten a lot more miles out of them

 

is it the aero kit from ecstuning?
