Default 2006 A4 headlights and sunroof

2006 A4 quarto having issues with my HID headlights and the sunroof.

Headlights: There is a class action lawsuit in progress right now for the headlights going out intermittently with an error of "dipped headlight" being displayed. Has anyone else had this problem or received this paperwork? Or found a fix? The dealership said there is a software upgrade and that might fix it. The car is currently at the dealership getting looked at and they said they have never heard of this issue nor heard about the lawsuit.

Sunroof: I have not been able to use my sunroof for a few years now due to either the sunroof not opening or fear of it not closing. The dealership has most recently said that might have figured something out. They say that it works just fine when the key is in and the car is on but not the engine. Once the car is fully started, the sunroof doesn't work. Has anyone else had this problem or have any idea what might be wrong?

I'm really tired of dropping so much money into this car only to not have anything fixed... Please help!

Don't know about the sunroof, but the dipping headlight issue has been mentioned on the forum multiple times.

Has anyone else received a letter about the lawsuit? Has anyone had the issue solved?

Thanks!
