Awesome! I have been wondering about mine too. I have 63tmls but still the same brake pads/disc's. I always ask Audi to check them when I go in for service, but they always say they are fine. The German Audi folks here tell me that the US Spec'd A4's have larger brake/calipers than the German 2.0T's (similar to the S4). Maybe that is why they last so long.

I think a lot depends on how you drive and brake. My 2000 Jetta GLX Went 126,000 miles before the fronts needed changing, but My sister and I who owed the car were easy on the brakes, and drove mostly highway. My 2006 A4 Went 74,000 miles, but I didn't own it until 35,000 miles, and when I got it the rotors were badly warped from the previous driver.

UPdate at 104k miles they checked my brakes. The rear pads are yellow and the front are still green. am certain at the 115k mile checkup will have the rear replaced.

Being that the thread just popped back up to the front... Does anyone else experience a lot of brake dust on their front rims? Any ways to combat this?

Akebono ceramic pads will STOP the dust from building.Really tho
I put them on my car and literally no dust.Had gotten about 82k on stock pads.
They are reasonably priced too.Hope this helps.

Yup. I can't agree more. Akebono Euro Ceramics are awesome. No brake dust.
