Hi I am looking at buying a 2006 A4 Convertible 4 Cylinder with 89000 miles on it I read car fax and service was done on it but no timing belt, Would this car be a good buy for a 2nd car .With that mileage is there trouble ahead on repairs

The VERY FIRST thing you'll want to do is get a TB done on it. Unless you can convince teh seller to eat that cost BEFORE the title changes hands, you might wanna research that service cost for your area and factor that into teh negotiations.
