There is 2 different modules
Satelite Receiver and Telephone Control Module. If your car doesn't have these options installed your looking at a very expensive addition. I'd say each module is anywhere from 600 - 1,000.00 a piece plus to install, activate, and code them.

Bluetooth, goodluck finding elsewhere cheaper, best bet is go to a scrap yard and pull it, as for SAT can be done cheaper, europaparts sells the module for $50 EuropaParts.com: Search results for: 'A4 sirius'
You may need a splitter for single input to dual, I bought mine for $30 at xmfanstore, it was the Sirius Terk SIR-SP....Like I said search around, I know there are recent threads discussing this install....
