Audi A4 2.0T Quattro 2006
Hi, I have a 2006 Audi and for some reason I have oil everywhere in my engine. It's spilling not from the oil pan but from the top of the engine where my spark plugs are. My spark plugs are flooded with oil and my check engine light is on. When I start the car (or leave in park) my rpm's are at 800 and the car starts to shake as if it's about to shut down. I don't know what is wrong with it and where could the oil be leaking from. But, the spark plugs underneath my black engine cover are filled with oil and oil keeps coming out. Any idea what is wrong? Thanks

Clean it all off and find out where it's really coming from. Sounds like it could be your valve cover gasket (a fairly easy and inexpensive fix). PCV can also be an issue with these cars (there was a recall a while back) as well as the valve cover itself could be cracked.
Start with a cleaning and some more investigation and then probably the valve cover gasket. Mine was hard as a rock, stuck on good, and super brittle and crumbly after nearly 11 years and 100k miles.
