anyone know if the 2007 onward S Line grille that has the chrome vertical slats will fit a 2005 S Line A4? Im assuming it would but unsure if there is a slight shape difference or not of the grilles

 

S Line grilles don't come with chrome slats. You can get chrome 3M molding tape at an auto store to apply. The shape is the same between years, though.

 

Any idea what size tape you would need ? I have been looking at this myself, there was a kit for sale on ebay a while back, that had all the chrome pieces cut to size - Audi Chrome Grille Kit | eBay
I've emailed the seller to ask if he can get hold of them still or if not where can I get them.
