2006 a4 a-line 2.0L quattro 250,xxx miles automatic. I'm having a problem with power. As the rpms go up, the car feels like it is wanting to go, but won't. Like when I drive up a hill, the car will slow down a bit. If I'm on the highway and downshift, again, the RPMs go up, but the car loses power. I have checked and regapped all the plugs to .028. The coils are good. The LPFP and cam follower have been replaced. And the fuel pump in the tank was replaced as well. Have been using good gas and have put injector cleaner in just in case.

The other thing it is doing is every time I fill up the tank, it cranks for probably 15 seconds before it begrudgingly starts.

I do have CEL on but have not had a chance to pull the codes yet. So that could help. (Update: the code I pulled is P0089 $07E8, fuel pressure regulator 1 performance)

Could it be my cat is getting clogged? Fuel filter?
