i have a b7 a4 3.2 quattro and i was wondering if this would fit my car and if it is worth it

Looks like it will fit. Seems pricey but if it's the whole rear section asit looks then you could bolt it on and not pay a muffler shop to install. Keep in mind this is a noise upgrade only and no real performance will be seen on this. Good luck with your decision.
