umm a few things:
1) dealerships are giving away cars right now so the price they give u may be the lowest u'll ever see it go for
2) this is tried and true....go to KBB.com and print out the invoice for it then explain to them that the MSRP is floating around 10-12% over the invoice so explain to them that you will go 2% above the dealer invoice and have them check it over with thier manager if they still say no then walk chances are they'll grab you at the door and give it to u if not go to the next audi dealer and try the same thing if they say no say that the last dealer u went to would do it and u were loking around to see if it was a better deal there

Are you financing any of it?
When i went in to pick up my 07 A4 quattro I spent about 6 hours at the dealership negotiating. I put 6k down and financed the rest. The bottom line is how much you are willing to spend per month on this car. I almost walked like 3 times and everytime the sales guy went to his boss and got the # closer to what I was willing to spend. If you have great credit I believe they will finance you at nearly nothing.
Also, I went in on the last day of the month to pick up my car. I am in sales and i can tell you , most people in this economy are well behind their goals on the last day of the month so they will do almost anything to save face and sell something to hit their goals.
Lastly, I made this mistake, dont be afraid to walk on them. If they arent giving you what you want, just pick up and find somewhere else that will. Just make sure that you are being reasonable and remember, its very exciting to drive an Audi!!!

its very easy to get caught up in the moment and make a decision.....i work as a salesmen at a snowboard shoppe and my job is to get u excited about snowboarding or skiing because then u get very loose with ur money and suddenly boom its mine
