I'm thinking of buying my BIL A4 convertible, good condition, May 2005 with 56000 miles. Don't want to embarrass myself by offering a silly price but equally I'm happy to offer a reasonable price. Got a price off AutoTrader by logging in the reg, came out at £4620.

Would this be a reasonable price to offer? I think he would go for it as it would be an easy sale. Anything else I should consider?
