I just changed my rotors and pads and it seems like the pads are not backing off all the way in the front. I put cross drilled and slotted rotors with ceramic pads. Drove home tonight and developed a humming sound. Any suggetions?

 

Did you clean all the brake components before reassembly? Also, brake grease in the appropriate locations will allow the pads to retract after the brakes are applied. One other item. Did you properly "bed" the pads? Google brake "bedding" for more information.
