Sounds pretty good to me. I paid $19k for my '06 about 14 months ago with 35k miles on it (GA). Not a steal, but it had a lot of options you don't see in GA (heated seats, homelink, Bose). Most of our Audis here seem to be stripped-down lease returns with no options, so I was glad to find the one with heated seats.

I live in GA too. I got the Bose, Nav+Ipod connection, Blue tooth, Heated seats, Convenience Pkg(home link included), Bi-xenon lights, and DRLs-which are not common to see around here on other trims of my 2008 A4 2.0T Quattro. Bought 2 months ago for $25K with about 36K miles, price was because it was CPO, phantom black pearl effect on black interior.

Sounds about right for a CPO. Must be a bit toasty now that it's in the upper 90s every day, though. Where'd you find it--I had a heck of a time finding one with heated seats for <$20k last year.

Heck yeah! It's been really hot. But, I hve a garage and a parking deck at work. I also added the 35% tint like 2 weeks after I bought the car. I bought from Jim Ellis Audi of Atlanta-their Peachtree Industrial location. Gunther was my salesman, and he was great. Nalley Audi-Marietta, had the same exact vehicle but sliver and it was the Special Edition with 2K miles more and 1K less in price. They sold it like 2 days after I looked at it though. No surprise. I spent a lot of time looking, even checked out Carmax but didn't like their finance rate-10.45%. Jim Ellis got me at 2.4. That's how Carmax makes their money.

Oh, a parking deck would be nice! I got mine at Nalley Audi in Roswell. Fairly good experience as far as dealerships go. I've been happy with their service department as well so far.

Where did you get the tinting done and what did it run you? I'm thinking of doing 35% front/20% rear (depending on legality), but I'm not sure where or how much it will run me. Also, since I just had to buy a new DV, I may have to wait a bit for the tint.

Oh, my bad. I did mean the Nalley Audi in Roswell too. Does their service department care about mods? Just curious with your experience there.

I got my tint done at Extreme Tinting in Lawrenceville. I paid $150 for all 5 windows at 35%, lifetime warranty. I had my previous SUV done there too. This percent is legal for us in GA. I have the metallic tint, the usual tint, not ceramic. The ceramic will be more expensive. The guys at Butler Tire thought it was a good tint job. I'm thinking of adding a 20% on the windshield.

I'm pretty much stock, so I'm not sure how they handle mods there. They've always treated me pretty well (although, as with any dealership, they inflate their labor estimates). $150 doesn't sound bad for the tint. I might have to do that although Lawrenceville would be too far for me.

I think you meant 80%? 20% would be darker than your other windows.

No, I meant 20%. Might stay at 35% though. There is no 80% tint, that I ever heard of. There is a factory "tint" on the windshield already, but adding on to it will help with direct sunlight to my face when driving.

My bad NoAudiGuy. I did not mean to jack your thread.
