Coolant Leak

Coolant Leak
Just joined 2 minutes ago! Looking for some help with an '07 A4 Convertible. Noticed a leak in the garage last week. Coolant level in the overflow reservoir is below min. With a flashlight I can see coolant on various surfaces but the only "leak" I can identify looks like it's coming from what I can best describe as a bleeder valve on the very top hose running front to back over the engine. The top broke off somehow...maybe a sloppy technician during an oil change because it's under the plastic engine cover?
I couldn't identify what part # it is in any diagrams, or if it could be easily replaced. Not even sure how to get the bottom half out which is still threaded in there? Anyone know what this is and if it is a bleeder valve that can easily be replaced?

Try to see if you could blame it on Audi, so everything has to be replaced by them for free.
If not, then im not sure.
The thread is stuck inside still? If so, i have watched videos on Youtube, on how to remove broken bolts and it actually works. Even though you speaking about plastic see how it works. Give it a try.
