Don't buy from krautoled!!!

Default Don't buy from krautoled!!!

Worst customer service. Offers lifetime warranty, but has done nothing to honor it. I have been trying for months to get new led bulbs and he said he would send new ones after I mailed the old ones, but now he claims he lost the bulbs and I have yet to receive the new ones. Claims he is making big changes, but he is neglecting his customers and there are numerous reports of failing to deliver products after payment is made and ignoring emails and contact for extended periods of time. Just ridiculous.

DON'T BUY FROM HIM!

update: he finally resolved the issue, but it never should have gotten this bad.

Emil is a good guy who just recently started his business a couple years ago. It's a one man operation and he's doing the best he can. With that said, I've placed a few orders from him with no issues at all. I'm glad your issue was resolved.

How long did you wait before posting this? I know Emil personally and he's a stand up guy.

i have been very patient and am not generally a person that does this, but i emailed in july about the warranty replacements, he emailed back very rarely and said he would send them and he clearly did not. i had to send numerous emails asking for any kind of info and he would not respond. it was only after posting on his website and facebook page that he mailed the lights. this was not the first incident of poor service with him. i know he is doing this pretty much on his own and he was good when i first bought the interior kit, but then i bought and HID kit and he sent the wrong one, was going to replace it with other lights, but didnt do anything for months, finally got a refund after complaining. and now this, three months after i mailed back the broken lights he sends them. just ridiculous. and im not the only one, his facebook page is covered with bad reviews and his website is too. sorry if youre offended, but he cant seem to get his **** together lately.

I'm not offended, it's not my business. It sounds like his business has started to outgrow him and needs to either expand or dial it back to make sure his customers are happy. I was merely sharing that I have had a few opportunities to order from him and I never had any issue. I haven't had to return anything, though, which seems to be where the hold up it.
