Unfortunately I live in VA, where a front plate is required. I bought a hide away plate, but I have concerns about drilling the bottom of the bumper, and also if there's enough space at the bottom to negotiate those drainage dips when turning into a driveway or side street. Although I HATE how the front plate bracket screws up the look of the front, does anyone want to trade my filler plate for their front plate mount? My car is brilliant black, but it appears that the filler plate is a very dark grey, not quite black. I'm loooking for a plate mount that is black or dark grey.
