I just bought 2007 S-line. How do I change my display to MPG? Also, in the manual, I need to press reset button to use function. But I can't locate the reset button... Is there a manual of how to set up display and how to program function key on the steering wheel?

If your car is equipped with the right package (I'm not sure what it is), there will be a rocker button at the tip of the wiper control stalk, which changes what is displayed in the dash screen.

 

I believe you have to have the technology package to get the trip computer. The computer was standard until the B7 came out, then Audi, made it part of a $1200 option package. They honestly thought we Americans would cough up that amount for the computer. Actually Audi got a lot of flack from the auto magazines which pointed out the expensive change right away in their articles. In the B8 you don't have to get such an expensive package, I think it became part of the premium package. If you had access to a VAG COM, you could turn it on, but you would not be able to switch modes since you don't have the correct wiper stalk.

 

Owner's manual for the car will have the data you seek. May find one online, or the dealer may have one or be able to order one for you (see the parts counter).

 

The NO MPG calculator is a pain in the buttox! I dont need to know how many miles left on a tank of gas I can read the fuel gauge...I hate having to calculate my mpg...be advised if your mileage to empty and mileage traveled if adds up to 620 it is about 35 mpg. When it is less than that i get pissed cause i bought gas with ethanol it in..ethanol what a rip off less mileage per gallon and 10% cheaper heck no..10% less miles per gallon YES!
