Not sure what you mean by 'fake'. The 2008 came with the s-line exterior as standard: Front spoiler, trunk-cover moulded spoiler, door trim, s-line badge on grille.

The sports suspension must have been an option without having to go for the s-line interior package which gives you the s-line steering wheel, s-line door sill plates, 18" RS6 wheels, s-line badges on rear doors etc as my s-line exterior 2008 is definitely lower than that. Not sure if it has red shocks though I will check.

 

Yeah you can tell from looking at that Red A4 that it's not a S line. It would also should have a s line badge in the grill, door sills, and on the rear of the side trim. They even have a different steering wheel with a badge on it and upgraded 18 inch rims too. If the body isn't huggin the tires than you aren't looking at a S-Line
