Does it continuously rotate colors, or stay a single color each time you turn it on?

 

the LEDs constantly transition to each color in the spectrum depending when the light blinks is what you get for a color, ussually about two blinks in each shade range, like light blue dark blue then purple, then pink to a red ect ect. if it is plugged into a port that recieves constant voltage you just get a smooth transition fron color to color, the order seems to be randomn as well??? if the bulb out warning gets annoying enough to me ill prob just reinstall the fact ambers or a clear 194 whaterers cooler
