Hi I am from Europe (portugal) and i would like to know if there is a disc to my rns-e to my A4 B6 2002 i would appreciate any help, if possivel sent me a link to download.
Because i have download 1 dvd and the Rns-e has read it shows a menssage that was upagrading but at the end shows me message "DVD empty" what could happen to show that?

I am searching for a Dvd for my rns-e to my A4 B6 2002 I am from Europe (portugal).
I have found one went i put im my Rns-e it starts to read and says it was "Updating" when it reboots the rns-e says "DVD empty" what could it happend to do this? Any help would be great. Thanks for time.
