Default New 08 a4 - First things to do?

I just picked up my new 08 a4, Does anyone have any ideas on things I could do to make it look better or the first things I should do to improve the performance?

First, take a look around at what other people have done and see what you like. There are all sorts of options. Lowering springs or coilovers are popular. If it's a 2.0T, a chip will dramatically improve the performance.

Its all personal preference. Is speed more important (it is for me) or style?

I recommend a chip but thats just me. Read my stickey up top for lots of info.
