I have a 2007 2.0T 6-Speed Manual S-line A4. I recently was rear ended and have about $10,000 worth of damage to have fixed, including my exhaust.

Any suggestions as to which company I should look into when choosing a aftermarket cat-back exhaust system? Now I have the perfect excuse to upgrade.

I've looked at Neuspeed and Magnaflow, both are in the neighborhood of $1300.

sorry to hear about the accident. milltek and APR also sell exhausts. milltek has the high flow cats too if you're considering a cat in the future.
