Default Rabbit chewed a bunch of wires

Hey, guys. While I was away at college my 2006 A4 2.0t sat in front of the house for the semester. Rabbit made itself at home and chewed a bunch of wiring. Two codes were thrown, P0301 Cyl 1 misfire and P0036 H02S Heater control circuit( Bank 1, Sensor 2).
The oxygen sensor wiring was almost completely gone, so I pulled it out--it's coated in black soot--and have a new one on the way.
There appears to be two grounding wires that were also chewed down near the o2 sensors, kind of tucked away and hidden.
And two more pair of wires were also chewed which I will have pictured.
I'm a very poor student and would like to get this fixed for as cheap as possible. (I'll be taking a train to school and just need to drive it to the garage where it will be parked for another semester.)
That said, can these wires be fixed without buying new sensors/harnesses and what are the parts in question even called?
Once the new o2 sensor is installed, will it be safe to drive to the garage or will the other parts be required in addition to it?
Thanks!

Depending how far up or down the ends of them, any wire can be fixed. Judging by the look of the sensor wire on the high pressure fuel pump you're going to need a new sensor connector.
