A bit new to the forum and was just wondering about some rim tire options...

Was looking at some RS4 replicas in 19 x 9 29 offset.. that are for sale up in my area used.

Im pretty sure probably more than a couple of you have these rims on our cars...

Anyway.... I also have a set of tires 245/40/19s from my last car... Any of you know if these suckers will fit the wheel well/rim?

I am on stock sport suspension...

The overall diameter is about 1.3 inches bigger than the 235/40/18 you have right now, so it should fit just fine. Your speedometer and mileage will indicate about 5% low.

 

If you go onto tirerack.com, they have specs for each tire where you can look up the min and max rim width that a tire's spec can fit. For example, 235-40/18 can be fitted onto 18x7 - 18x8.5.
