Default RPM's jumping

2006 Audi A4 quattro 2.0

When i'm driving my car between 25-45 mph my RPM's bounce between 1800-2000. You can deff feel the jerk when im driving and its agervating as hell. If i take it above 65mph the jerking is gone and the rpm's hold. This is only when the engine is cold. Once the engine warms up the rmp's are fine when i'm driving. Please help. I was thinking possibly a EGR but i dont know for sure.

I was having a rough idle issue also so I changed my spark plugs and changed my PCV valve and the car is idling better. Sometimes she still feels like she is going to stall when I stop. I didnt replace the two vacume lines attached to the PCV but i checked them for cracks and they seemed fine. The car still jumps RPM's. Im fresh out of ideas. No check engine light but im gonna see if she is throwing any codes next week. There doesnt seem to be a power loss or a turbo lag when i get on it. Hopefully someone will have an idea .

Default 2007 Audi a4 2.0t needle bouncing

I'm having the same issue now. 2007 a4 2.0t with 83k. Same exact issue but its never at idle. I heard torque converters can be the culprit. I don't want to buy anything I don't have to. Anyone find any permanent fixes?
