UPDATE!

 

New to the board (and Audi), just replaced my RX-8 with a 2007 A4 2.0T...couldn't be happier!

 

Just picked up my "new to me" 07 A4 2.0T FWD

 

one has to wonder...I drove an '02 Jetta 1.8t (STOCK)....and whipped many an RX8, not to mention V6 Accord (both rated at 250hp)..how many converts we have here.

 

I was converted back in 2003 by a friend driving a new GTI. I was a die-hard Chevy guy. I sold every GM I had and bought Audis LOL

 

Just to clarify, the RX8 was rated at 238HP for the 6sp manual, which I had. Problem is only about 170 of that made it to the wheels.

That car was the epitome of all show and no go. Sure was fun running that needle up to 9,000rpm but you had to get it up there before it would go anywhere. My 2.0T can run circles around it.

Don't even get me started on reliability. That Renesis could make a Jaguar look like the most reliable car ever made.
