While searching the forums I found out that this is a common problem. apparently a couple of plastic clips break and the sunshade moves freely, but when opening or closing the sunroof it will not move the sunshade. Is this a very time consuming repair? If this happens a lot I don't want to go to the dealer every time it breaks. I read that I must remove some plastic trim piece, not sure which one. Then remove the side bellows and remove 4 torx screws and remove the glass from the outside. Is this the right procedure and does anybody have pictures. With the new parts in hand will the repair be self-evident??

This #5 is a repair kit that has a number of clips inside the box. It is 4B0-877-165 for 15.19 dollars.
