Just got a CPO 2007 A4 Cabrio with Symphony II+ and I am unable to find any way to advance to the next preset station on the radio or from the steering wheel. I had a 2007 A4 loaner during service with apparently the same radio and I could advance to the next preset with the left-side button on the steering wheel. On my car it just scans to the next station, not the next preset. Dealer told me that my radio can't do it but not sure I believe that yet. Is this a programming issue? Thanks

 

I have the same car, and the same behavior.

 

To the right side of the display screen, you have the MMI **** and 4 surrounding buttons. To activate your presets, the top left button must be pressed so the red light uder it comes on. You are then in "Preset Mode"
