Hi,

I've got an A4 B7 on a late 05 plate. The cars been perfect but I realised yesterday that the passenger door has stopped locking. The remote locking works for every other door but for some reason the door won't lock.

I spoke to a friend who said I might have to take off the door card and replace the pump that operates the lock. Can someone give me some advice?

I've removed the four screws under the plastic trim and the screw at the base of the door frame but it won't budge. Any advice on getting the thing off?

Sounds like maybe you missed the screw under the pull handle?
