Default What To do?

Hello my name is Theo i am new to these forums. On saturday i graduated from High School and for graduation my parents bought me a 2006 a4 2.0 T quattro tip. Its black on black with 77k miles on it. I love the car. I want to do some mods on it but i dont know where to start. I know i want more power so i was thinking of doing an apr chip, exhaust and intake. I also plan on replacing the diverter valve. I want to know if this is a good place to start and what else I should do to it

Thats a perfect place to start, I would suggest either getting a High flow cat or a test pipe first and THEN getting an apr chip so then they can delete your rear o2 sensor and not have a CEL. Deff replace the DV and also look into replacing the Cam Follower as well. There is plently of information on that in these forums. Those 4 to 5 upgrades will set your car up nicely, not only will it sound good but it will haul some ***. I'm not a fan of the TIP but I'm guessing you didnt have much of a choice in the deal seeing how you got a pretty badass car just from high school grad. There is a plethora of information out there and the audi community is by far one of the best I've been a part of. I shall be here from now till forever.

I currently have an 07 2.0t and I've only had it for about 2 months or so. The only mods I have at the moment is a test pipe (cat delete) and a relatively ghetto yet tastefull air intake lol. It sounds great and I can hear the turbo spool up, gets me hard.

Welcome, Theo! That's a great car! Check out the "Important Facts to Know" sticky at the top of the forum for some good information to start you out.

chip stage 1, DV, HFC or test pipe, exhaust, (PCV fix if you want), chip stage 2. Don't touch your intake. You will regret it. Good luck!

Just go straight to stage 2, you dont have to spend the money on stage 1 and then spend another 150$ for the upgrade....get the stage 2 whether u have the test pipe or not if u are eventually going to upgrade it

My upgrade to stage 2 on REVO was $50. Can you go straight to stage 2 w/o a test pipe or hfc?
