Good Afternoon, I am looking to purchase either a 2006 Audi A4 2.0t Quatro or a 2007 Audi A4 2.0t Quatro. I am up in the air between an Automatic or Manual Transmission at the moment, are there any perks to one or the other? I live out in Western PA, so lots of driving in the snow will occur on sometimes, unplowed roads. Anyways I was wondering, is there anything particular I should look for when purchasing a 2006 or 2007 Audi A4 2.0t Quatro? Any known issues with this year and model. Suggestions are appreciated.

 

you can't go wrong with either. if you want to save some more money then go with the 2006. there's some styling difference between the two so it may be up to the asthetic taste. i love my automatic. with the rush hour traffic, i wouldn't ever go back to a standard transmission. plus the tiptronic gives you the best of both worlds. yeah, tiptronics don't respond like a standard gear box but what the heck, i rarely use it anyways.
