Default What Next??

Okay, so I have an 07' A4 Quattro 6 spd and I have already gone stage 2 with it through REVO as well as getting the APR down pipe, exhaust, and test pipe. Also got the Carbonio Intake and RS4 Hotchkis sways. Oh and the Forge 007 dv. I am at the point now, where I obviously still want to maximize the potential of my car, but I am a college student and it is my daily driver so I have to keep it reliable. Meaning getting a larger turbo would be out of the question as it would be too expensive, i would be nervous that the trany couldnt take it, and other things breaking. So I am wondering if anyone has any tips on other things I can do that will keep it reliable as well as increase the performance??? Ps one of my buddies recommended a water and methanol injection kit into my CAI and i have done some research about it, but I couldn't find too much about it in any Audi forums so I don't know how well it affects my car. All recommendations appreciated.

Water/meth injection is definitely an option. There are people with 2.0Ts running them. Another option would be intercoolers.

Wouldnt I need to get a bigger turbo for the intercooler to make a significant difference?

It depends whether you're getting heat soak as it is. I imagine the stock ICs are getting pretty warm in an Oklahoma summer.

Not sure about your performance upgrade questions but I would definitely remove the A4 and 2.0T or 3.2 (can't tell in the pic) badges from that car. With what you've done to it it's a must.

Ugh. I hate debadging. If he has a DV and is talking about bigger turbos/intercoolers, it's obviously a 2.0T.

Sounds like you've done most of what you can do for a reasonable price-to-gain ratio. If it's still not fast enough for you, you might need to upgrade to an S4 or RS4. In the long run, it could be cheaper than continuing to pour money into the 2.0T.

Intercooler would not be a big gain for the money. I would get an APR rebuilt fuel pump and go with the Stage 2 plus tune upgrade for your REVO. You could see up to 15hp or so. That would be your best bang for the buck and you will have the pump incase you go with a bigger turbo in the future. A larger turbo should still be fairly reliable as well but only you can determine your budget. Water / Meth would be my second choice or better yet to do both.

Which turbo is the most recommended by everyone? Also are there even any turbos that could push me over 400hp and tq?

I like APR but they get expensive on the Turbo kits.

K04 is about 320hp reliable. $3600 with software APR Audi A4 B7 2.0T FSI S3 K04 Conversion Package

Garrett GT2871 375hp. $5200 with software. APR Longitudinal 2.0T FSI Stage III Turbo Upgrade Package

If I were you I would check with REVO on companies who sell kits that use their software. I believe you can use the ATP kit with 400hp which is the best bang for the buck since you already use REVO tuning.

If I do decide to upgrade my turbo, what would I need to replace in order for everything to still function well as a daily driver? I have heard the high pressure fuel pump would need to be replaced, hopefully not the transmission but would i need to upgrade my clutch and brakes?
