What type of fuel should I put in?
Hi Herm,
Although it calls for premium it is not required. It is just a caveat for the vehicle's best proformance. There is a slight difference, i.e., a slight lug and hesitation on take of and acceleration. The car reads the 87 octane levelsand tunes back a little. It is quite ok to substitute it with 87during the crunch. Noworries.

Use Premium gas only in your TURBOCHARGED car. Cause if you use 87 your car's gonna start knocking and running rough which will throw a CEL.
Ifsomething happens to the car and the dealer knows your notusing Premium. They'll VOID your warranty which means you'll have to pay out of pocket for any repairs.
