Default Who is the smartest b7 Audi guy on this forum?

Okay now that I have your attention...the check engine light went off last weekend (87,000) miles. Who wants to guess what the problem is? Am taking to the audi dealer in Alexandria VA tomorrow... I am gonna guess the recall for the cup...forgot the name... What say you?

Probably just low on blinker fluid. While your there might want to get the muffler belts (there are two on an Audi) changed.

Blinker fluid or paint chipping, tell them you need some touch up markers and that should fix the problem...

Bad crankcase vent valve. Should be going on the vehicles 3rd by now.

I would say a set of muffler bearings should be done while you are in there.

i think it's a faulty flux capacitor inside of the gas cap.

i don't know where all of the bad dipstick talk came from. i checked mine in a panic and it was perfectly fine. maybe it's because the muffler bearings are still ok.
