Hello guys, I am currently in the market for 09 A4 2.0T. I want to close the deal before end of this month. I was thinking about leasing it, but my dealer gave me an option called "premium purchase". I've never heard of this before. Could someone please give more details on this? Especially the APR, miles driven, residual and details so on?

My options are;
Option 1:
White 09 A4 2.0T auto, Prem +, 18" sport pkg - MSRP $39800.00

Option 2:
White or Monza silver 09 2.0T auto, prestige, s-line - MSRP $44150.
