I have a brand new Audi A4 with 1116 miles on it. I washed it on Monday and pulled it into the garage. I get in the car tonight to drive it and the car will not move. I release the electronic brake and try to move it in first or reverse but the car is stuck. You can tell the car wants to move but it is almost like the brake is applied and stopping the car. I released the brake put the car into neutral and tried to push the car but it still does not budge. There is no service light on the dash and the car shows no errors or malfunctions. Does anyone have any advice or ideas as to what i can try? The Audi dealer is closed and this leaves me with no car at the moment.

 

Interesting. I have no clue or idea on where to start with this but wondering if you can provide a follow up once the problem is discovered/resolved.

Ok, so the problem was that the brakes bonded with the rotors. The bond was so good it took a great deal of effort to break. FYI Don't wash your car and then park it for a few days.
