Default 2013 a4 Audi upgrades

Hi so i recently got a 2013 audi a4 its in perfect running order all dealer maintained since new. So I am basically wanting to look into some upgrades for it to improve fuel efficiency. I baby the peddle in town and get roughly 400km per tank but i know i can get more from parts such as Cold air intakes and such.

I always went with k&n with my older audis but i want to put something a little more then a simple filter in my car. I was thinking of the Momentum Gt pro dry S cold air filter kit.

Any one who knows anything about this kit or any others that may improve my gas efficiency better then this one please let me know.

Ill be looking into more upgrades down the road such as a mag-flow exhaust and i been debating chipping it to boost efficiency and performance. any help would be greatly appreciated.

At the end of the day, Audi, like other manufacturers, are under constant government and competitive pressure to improve the CAFE ratings. It is unlikely after-market mods will improve fuel mileage. Generally the mods you see are to improve performance and that is not consistent with better fuel economy. You want good mileage -- maintain correct tire pressure and keep the air filter clean. Obviously tune-ups and general maintenance are important, but those are the big two in addition to driving gently and backing off the gas (coasting) as you approach lights and stopsigns.

Yea i do that myself i also go the extra mile and slip the car into neutral just before i come to a complete stop it takes the wasted fuel and cuts it in half while siting at street lights or in traffic. i can understand there is no indefinite way to make a car better on gas but some times you never know and some improvements may increase horses but also help fuel mileage. and a better air system always helps with that end.

Now if i could just get my lead footed girl friend to ease off the gas once and a while ... hehe she loves the new car big change from the jetta :P
