Hi recently bought this car and discovered that the CD ejector button wasnt working, assumed this has been the case since delivery as has MMI and it stops CD getting stolen.

So wife goes to dealer today for supposed 10 min unlock of functionality to be told that they have tried 3 different ciomputers and cannot establish a connection.

Spoke to them and they say only way to trace it is to remove controllers and see what comes up, nice chepa suggestion as always.

So has anyone else had this experience or any ideas as to what i could do to try and establish a connection.

I have multimeter and cheap obd2 reader.

Any suggestions received with joy!!!
