Default B8 3.2L AWE S-Flow Intake System

I purchased the subject intake system with 2 filters, and I let the dealer fix it for me. It worked fine for around 6 months, then I used to get EPC error, so I took the car to the dealer and they said that due to the intake, there is no enough air going in the engine so I suggested to replace it with the second filter I had and after couple of days the same thing, then I told them to fix the original filter, and it worked fine till the next service interval I suggested to try the filter again, and again the same thing happened. I contacted AWE and the assured me that the problem is from the car it self specially since I am trying two different filters and both giving the same problem. And the dealer says the problem is with the AWE filter since putting the stock back solves the issue. On the last try with the AWE filter I got one of the pistons to cause misfire.. Any advice or suggestions?

Swap back to the stock air box and filter. If the faults don't come back, it's obviously the aftermarket filter. The 3.2 and 4.2 are very sensitive to aftermarket intakes.

When swapping to the stock air box and filter, it works fine, the fault never comes up. I tried with AWE in replacing the item with some other item since they assured me that this will fit perfectly and they have tried it on same engines, but not luck.. I feel very disappointed
