Default Cracked Intake Manifold

Noticed rough idle, then cruising at 65 mph noticed a slight hesitation. About 2 days later engine light came on. Took to the dealer and they said it was cracked manifold. They repaired it. I have the car back but it is still idling rough and hesitation between 60-65mph. Car has 22,000 miles. It's a 2009 A4 Avant 2.0 T FSI. Rough idle started after the 15,000 mile dealer service. Anyone else having this problem, or ideas about solution?

I would talk with the service manager to have this resolved as it could be a lot of different things. The manifold may very well have been repaired properly but one of the sensors or electronic units could have failed or been damaged in the repair process.

thank you, for your input, the car is on it's third trip in. after the intake was repaired the same symptoms were happening the second trip the service department said it needed a software update. which was done, and the explanation for the hesitation now is that the valves automatically adjust at 2500 and 3800 rpms. when this happens there is a slight hesitation. this never happened before the intake manifold crack.
