Hello. Just purchased a 2011 a4 a week ago and someone already backed into my rear bumper. I have always used an independent body shop but was considering the dealer for this. I heard a while back that "overall" dealer body shops don't do all that great of work. Any experiences?

 

I also had someone back into my '09 A4 and I had the dealer do the repair (paint and install new bumper cover) - no issues whatsover, looked as good as new.

Repair was about $1,100, but all covered by other guy's insurance.
