I bought my car in PA (state with one rear license plate) and I will be registering it in NY. I need to install front license plate. See picture of my front panel attached. It seems that I need a different panel (?) - how much does it cost, where to buy it ? Or I may be there is a way to attach the plates to the panel I have now? Thanks.

 

The only way to attach a plate to what you have now is to drill holes and attach a plate holder. Unless you planned on keeping the one without a plate holder around, it might not be all that bad; it would just get ruined anyway.
