not including tax title etc. - its for work and the bottom line is I have 35K plus the value of my trade in. The local Audi dealer said he would give me 4500 for my Jeep Grand Cherokee - a 2005 with Hemi and all the options.

I guess I am wondering what options you would select? i had my heart set on the prestige package - but that's not gonna fly for under 40K. I can buy it today if I can find one with the proper specs
