I just joined the forum and I am very excited. I ordered my audi a4 today. I am really excited. Its a fully loaded premium plus and its got the sports package. I put the RS4 rims on it and its looks sweet.

So I have a few questions to begin. I have driven lots of audi's and I love them. I had a 2004 (I think) maybe 2003 S4 for awhile. But what should I know about the audi I bought.

I want to know what are the first engine upgrades I should do and in what order.

Before this I drove and Subaru STI that was 397HP and it was fun but not very professional . Then I had a 2000 M3 for a little while.

The audi feels better than both of those cars, but is a little slower. I want to make some simple upgrades that will put up in the 280 HP range or higher. Thanks guys. Hope I am welcome here.

 

chip, exhaust, , intake, down pipe, front mount intercooler, eurocode fmic pipe, meth injection. those are pretty much all the engine upgrades available for now. all those will definitely put you at 280 hp and a lot more torque

 

Thanks. Can you give me some brands to know what to look for. I really don't know much about audi's. I want to do it right. I don't want cheapy crap parts. What is the best chip. I assume that is where I should start??

 

APR, Stasis, AWE, as of right now, APR is looking like the way to go with the B8s. APR does have a turbo kit out for it already claiming about 313hp 367tq on pump gas, they will soon release the prices for their exhaust. AWE has the intercooler.

 

Agreed, as far as the b8's apr is the way to go. Their tune(93oct) is making 300 awtq. And it's drivable its not as harsh as others stage1 tunes.
