Hello, I recently bought a manual 2010 Audi A4 Quattro. This is my first manual car, and I have tried to launch it a couple of times. However, just revving the engine I notice it is limited to 4000 RPM's and when I simple drop the clutch the car either stalls out, or bogs down before accelerating. I'm not sure what I am supposed to do in order to "launch it from a dig." Any tips and pointers is appreciated. Thank you!

Your technique is excellent for destroying the clutch or transmission, and stressing the rest of the drivetrain. You bought an older luxury touring car, not a stoplight performer. It is too damn heavy and the stability control will fight you, assuming you did not turn it off. I suggest you go find a POS Honda RWD beater and hammer that to your heart's content.
