Navigation / Rear Camera Question

Do all B8's that contain Audi navigation also come with a rear back-up camera? Or is it possible to get NAV without the back-up camera?

My 2012 A4 Avant was delivered to me February20, 2012. It has the MMI nav system. It does not have a backup camera.
